Conditions of participation for the competition "Trip to Italy, Tuscany"

  1. Organizer of the competition The competition is run by BETTER BE BOLD (hereinafter "Organizer").

  2. Eligibility

    • All natural persons aged 18 years and over residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.
    • Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

  3. Participation in the competition

    • Participation in the competition takes place by registering for the newsletter of the online shop BETTER BE BOLD.
    • Each person may only enter the competition once. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

  4. Profit

    • A trip to Italy, Tuscany will be raffled off among all participants.
    • The prize includes flights and accommodation for two people for one week.
    • The exact travel period will be agreed upon with the winner and must be taken within one year of notification of the win.

  5. Deadline for participation

    • The deadline for participation in the competition is July 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

  6. Determination of the winner

    • The winner will be chosen at random after the closing date.
    • The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

  7. Data protection

    • The data collected as part of the competition will be used for registration in the BETTER BE BOLD newsletter and for the evaluation of the competition.
    • The participant can obtain information about his stored data or request its deletion at any time.
    • Further information on data protection can be found in the organizer’s privacy policy.

  8. Disclaimer

    • The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions that may affect participation in the competition.
    • Legal recourse is excluded.

  9. Change to the conditions of participation

    • The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the competition for important reasons without prior notice.

  10. Applicable law

    • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
