Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have the right of withdrawal described under Section A below in the case of a single purchase contract, and the right of withdrawal described under Section B below in the case of a subscription contract (regular deliveries).

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods:

which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; as well as
which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

If the ordered goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been removed or otherwise damaged after delivery, any initial right of withdrawal expires—both in the case of a single purchase contract and a subscription contract—as soon as the seal (of the first item) is removed or damaged in any other way. This may also apply to hygiene items or cosmetics, provided these goods are delivered with a seal and the seal is removed after delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also withdraw from your contract via the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website using this link to register your return. We provide you with a clearly marked button (“Withdraw from contract”) there. After clicking this button, you will reach an online form where you provide the details required to identify the contract. By pressing the button “Confirm withdrawal”, you submit your declaration of withdrawal.

After submitting your withdrawal via the electronic withdrawal function, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
