Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan. We love animals and therefore make sure that our products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. It goes without saying that our products are also free from animal testing.
Where do you manufacture your products?
100% made in Germany: Our products are lovingly crafted in Germany. We work with numerous regional suppliers. We also source our packaging materials from Germany.

Shipping, returns and exchanges
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship the same or next business day after receiving your order if the item is ready for shipment. However, please understand if it may take a little longer. With DHL, your shipment is trackable and usually arrives within 1-3 business days. We will send you the shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.
Who pays the return costs?
The buyer bears the costs of return shipment.

Which service provider will deliver my package?
We ship within Germany with DHL.
I want to have my order delivered to a Packstation. What do I need to consider?
Delivering to a Packstation within Germany is no problem for us. Please enter your postal code in the address field. You don't need to include the Packstation address itself; this can actually cause confusion. The ideal format is as follows:

Please note that we cannot deliver to post offices, but only to packing stations.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation. We will send this to you via email after the shipping note has been created. Please also check your spam folder regularly.
Will I receive a notification when my order has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as we prepare your order for shipping and the tracking number has been generated. Please also check your spam folder. However, it usually takes a few hours before you can check the shipping status. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
When and how do I get my money back after a return?
Once we receive your return, we'll send you the amount as quickly as possible. We always refund the item to the same payment method used.

Why should I use the baldness cream?
3 good reasons:
Care is the be-all and end-all: The scalp is a sensitive area of skin that is always exposed to external influences, such as sweat in summer or the cold in winter. Our cream protects your scalp from these external influences by providing rich care.
The scalp produces sebum, which creates the effect of a shiny scalp. We have developed our matting complex with natural pumpkin seed extract to give the scalp a matte effect. No more annoying shiny scalp.
Shaving constantly exposes the scalp to irritation, which can be seen in the form of redness, for example. Our bald cream has a soothing effect on the skin thanks to the magnolia extract it contains and is perfect as an aftershave after shaving.
What ingredients are contained in the baldness cream and what effect do they have?
Our highlight ingredients are jojoba oil, magnolia extract and pumpkin seed extract.
Jojoba oil provides moisturizing care. Magnolia extract has a calming and protective effect and pumpkin seed extract provides a matte and silky effect on your scalp.
How do I use the baldness cream correctly?
Take a fingertip (about the size of a cherry stone) of the baldness cream, rub it in your hands and massage the cream into your bald head.
For an optimal matting effect, our motto is: less is more, because we rely on the high quality of our products. The baldness cream is very economical, a small amount is sufficient for perfect application.
Does your baldness cream have sun protection?
No, our baldness cream does not contain sun protection. We have deliberately decided against UV protection in our baldness cream.
Why? Chemical sunscreen is well absorbed into the skin, but contradicts our goal of naturalness. Mineral UV protection, on the other hand, is basically great, but it leaves white residue on the skin and makes it difficult to absorb. Fast absorption and a perfect matt effect were particularly important for the cream.
In addition to the baldness cream, we recommend our sun fluid, which is specially developed for bald heads and faces.
What does the baldness cream smell like?
The popular scent of our bald cream is masculine and fresh with a light citrus note.
Is the baldness cream also suitable for hair pigmentation?
Our baldness cream is perfect for care after hair pigmentation. Your scalp needs plenty of moisture after hair pigmentation. At the same time, you promote the longevity of your pigments and make them stand out even more.
Can the baldness cream also be used on short hair?
We recommend using the bald cream for hair up to 3mm long. It penetrates the scalp really well. The bald cream is therefore also ideal for so-called buzz cuts.
